HouseOfBurvo started as a portfolio website for showcasing the degree work of Matthew Burvill and other personal projects.

Many of these personal projects were experiments into lettering—mostly concerned with basic geometric constructions, and how the basics of a latin alphabet are constructed. These were eventually released as fonts and from then on Matthew was hooked.

HouseOfBurvo is now concentrating entirely on the development of new and exciting typefaces for modern typography, and it will continually strive to create fonts of the highest quality.
