Electric is for product names that should look fabricated rather than merely typeset. Its condensed serif forms contain a distinctive zigzag structure derived from the tool path of pantograph engraving, giving each letter the appearance of something routed, cut, wired, or worked into a metal plate. The decoration comes from an implied manufacturing process rather than an added inline.

That makes Electric especially useful for boutique musical hardware. Custom guitar and bass builders, handwired amplifiers, effects pedals, pickup manufacturers, modular synthesizers, and limited-run studio equipment can use it for headstock badges, amplifier plates, pedal names, equipment faceplates, flight cases, dealer displays, and limited-edition model graphics.

Electric restomods and custom e-mobility provide another strong setting. Classic cars converted to electric power, premium electric motorcycles, custom e-bikes, and specialist drivetrain systems combine traditional fabrication with contemporary electrical engineering. Electric can bridge those worlds on conversion-kit badges, battery covers, motor-controller housings, vehicle plaques, frame graphics, workshop displays, and model names.

Custom fabrication broadens the same idea. Machine shops, specialty metalworkers, motorcycle component makers, equipment builders, and small manufacturers can use Electric for builder plates, engraved panels, model designations, workshop hardware, CNC-made components, and trade-show graphics. Its internal linework gives short names the visual weight of something machined into the object rather than applied afterward.

The zigzag construction can also suggest resistance wire, heating elements, and glowing filaments. Radiant heaters, electric grills, specialty cooking appliances, infrared heating systems, heated outdoor products, and industrial thermal equipment can use Electric for product badges, control-panel graphics, packaging, and launch material. Architectural filament fixtures, restoration lighting, custom lamps, and decorative electric hardware extend the same idea into lighting.

Electric gives product names a built-in sense of toolwork, making it especially effective when the lettering should feel like part of the object rather than a graphic placed on top of it.
