Über die Familie

Settled is a sans-serif display font whose stems have rounded corner. It is best-suited for applications larger than text paragraphs, such as signage of all sizes, storefronts, headlines, billboards, building signs, brochures, menus, logos, branding, and the like.

The Settled font family includes both black and white and color SVG fonts.

Settled takes advantage of the introduction of color font design, using a new font-naming convention, in order to achieve well-ordered font menu results in graphic design applications.

A font traditionally styled “Black”, is in Settled styled “B&W-Black”. This new naming convention keeps all traditional black and white fonts together in the menu. The color CAPS (caps only) fonts are grouped together; the color CLR (caps and lower case) fonts are grouped together as well. Capitalizing CAPS and CLR makes them easily identifiable in the menu. The inclusion of the word “Tags” indicates that the glyph includes both the letter glyph as well as a multi-colored geometric background, or “tag”.

Kindly zoom in on the font art examples provided to make a proper examination. Thank you. Good success to you.

Settled CAPS and CLR fonts are not accurately displayed until companies and apps update to support SVG color fonts. ADOBE and ADOBE APPS, the intended design space for our fonts, DO SUPPORT SVG COLOR FONTS. So, we will show you the glyphs in PNGs on our page. for now. Display fonts are the favored form, so useful for signage (business, building, billboard, etc), A-frames, news and advertising headlines, brochures, book jackets, menus, and the like.Graphic design has been a gift to me, to pay my way, and to enjoy working. At first using photography in conjunction with vector drawing, letterforms soon became the source of great pleasure as well as painstaking work. For me, letterforms add both beauty and function to life.
