Timotej Trampuš

Timotej Trampuš is a Slovenian designer and the founder of ProjectZ Design, an independent studio specializing in illustrated display typefaces for the fantasy, gaming, and entertainment space. Coming from a background in digital art and creative technology, he builds fonts the way world-builders build maps: every letter carries a story element — a dragon's head, a folded wing, a claw, a coiled tail — while staying rigorously functional as type, with careful spacing and full European language coverage. His debut release, Dragon Caps, packs a complete dragon bestiary into more than 330 glyphs. He draws inspiration from medieval manuscripts, tabletop role-playing culture, and modern game-title lettering, pairing AI-assisted artwork exploration with meticulous hand curation and font engineering.
