Viktor Chovanec is a graphic designer and typographer with over two decades of experience in the creative industry. His creative journey began at the age of 16, but it was his formal studies in interior design that truly laid the foundation for his future. Learning about spatial awareness, structure, and visual proportions served as the crucial starting point for his lifelong career in the design world. In 2015, Viktor founded Goashape Studio, a successful creative venture dedicated to producing high-quality digital products, including graphic templates, web themes, presentation assets, and bespoke brand identities. Throughout his extensive career in branding and layout design, typography was always at the core of his work. Working daily with different fonts across various media gave Viktor a profound understanding of how letterforms behave in real-world applications and what designers truly need from a typeface. This hands-on experience naturally inspired his transition from merely using type to actively creating it. Today, type design is Viktor's primary focus and absolute passion. His design philosophy is deeply rooted in his multifaceted background: drawing on the architectural precision of interior design and the practical needs of graphic design.
