À propos de la famille

CF Asty, now available in a monospaced version. The design has been adapted to lend it a digital aesthetic, essential for uses requiring a modern, digital, or even futuristic feel. At the same time, by appropriately varying the width of each character within its predefined space, gaps and counterforms resulting from the lack of kerning are reduced, in order to improve readability in longer texts. CF Asty Mono supports Greek, Western, Extended Latin, and Cyrillic character sets.

À propos Fonts.GR

Fonts.GR, Greek Digital Type Library (originally Cannibal) was founded in 1995 with the aim to enrich and renew the Greek typography. The permanent members (Panos Haratzopoulos, Yannis Karlopoulos), their regular collaborators and many other graphic designers that they have cooperated at times, equally skilled in typography and with a significant contribution to graphic design and visual arts.During this time Fonts.GR has designed and published to the Greek and international market new font designs, original or Greek versions, which were accepted with enthusiasm since they covered the need for dynamic communication tools. Many of these fonts were coincided (in terms of communication) with major events (Olympic Games Athens 2004, Greek Presidency of the European Union) and supported the graphic communication of agencies, institutions, advertising companies, newspapers and other publications. Fonts.GR's “Stella Project” (2013-2018), a study in the forgotten art of calligraphy of the 50s, 60s and 70s, gained great publicity in Greece. It led to the production of original fonts widely used in Greek packaging and branding, an exhibition at the Benaki Museum, a documentary on ERT3 public television and a series of lectures and workshops in Greece and Cyprus.Fonts.GR has been providing consulting services related to the design of Greek characters to many Type Foundries and independent designers around the world.
