À propos de la famille

This typeface pays tribute to one of the most iconic bands that performed at Klub 007 in Prague's Strahov district, while also honoring Klub 007 Strahov, the oldest surviving music venue in Czechia. Known for its eclectic mix of music genres, including punk, hip hop, ska, reggae, and rockabilly, this venue stands as a cultural beacon for music connoisseurs and enthusiasts alike. Originally crafted for the club's monthly programmes, the typeface features a highly proportional design, making it ideal for both text and headline applications. It boasts a diverse array of glyphs, including discretionary ligatures for international vehicle registration codes and abbreviations for days of the week. Furthermore, it includes genre-related and activist pictograms, along with an extended set of arrows. This typeface is part of a new identity developed by Karel Haloun, Petr Kudláček, and Jan Arndt, elegantly incorporating elements from historical programme flyers through a logotype based on a simple grid. Perfect for branding, editorial design, and web applications, this typeface seamlessly combines functionality with a rich cultural narrative, making it a versatile choice for various creative projects.
