MicroType Fonts is an independent digital type foundry specializing in display and techno typefaces for professional use. Established in 2001, the library includes 381 font families, totaling 3,143 individual styles. The focus is on distinctive, modern typefaces made for real-world applications such as branding, packaging, games, broadcast, and digital interfaces. MicroType Fonts was founded by British designer Élise Benoît and is currently based in Nagoya, Japan.
