As a self-taught type designer and the founder of Ketiga Foundry, an independent type foundry based in Garut, Indonesia, my journey into typography began with a designer's curiosity. Often uncertain about which font to use in my work, I decided to create my own. This decision ignited a lasting passion for type design and a commitment to crafting fonts with purpose and personality. I believe fonts should be joyful, modern, and user-friendly. Each typeface I design undergoes a meticulous process that prioritizes clarity, balance, and thoughtful detail. Through Ketiga Foundry, I aim to produce typefaces that are versatile, expressive, and accessible, catering to both established brands and small creative businesses. My goal is to create typography that not only looks appealing but also facilitates beautiful and confident communication of ideas.
