À propos de la famille

Before putting pen to paper, I had imagined this font being used for side characters in retro robot animations like Gundam or Ideon.
Those early sketches, however, ended up in a PENDING folder—a few years passed before they saw the light of day.

At the start of 2011, I returned to the project, refining the shapes and details while staying true to the original vision. The result is Space Colony—a wide, geometric font family that captures a futuristic spirit.

Consisting of six weights, Space Colony was designed with applications in games, movies, logos, and other sci-fi-themed projects in mind.
Yet its rounded forms also give it a soft, cute charm, making it equally well-suited for cartoons, animations, and character merchandise.

Just as its name suggests, Space Colony bridges the gap between the futuristic and the playful, ready for use in both bold and friendly design contexts.
