Sobre a família

JASO Sans Pro is an enhanced and expanded version of JASO Sans, with its Hangul character set refined and extended. It is a versatile grotesque typeface that combines the distinctive character of a display typeface with a high degree of usability.

The curvature of the Hangul consonants has been adjusted to a more conventional level, giving JASO Sans Pro a more neutral impression than the original JASO Sans. At the same time, it retains the original characteristic of short vowel lengths, which gives the overall silhouette a square, block-like appearance. As a result, it retains a subtle sense of cheerfulness rather than becoming completely neutral, while also creating a clean, well-aligned impression when combining Hangul with Latin characters or placing Hangul within a frame.

In addition, approximately 8,000 glyphs have been added to each weight, allowing JASO Sans Pro to support all 11,172 precomposed Hangul syllables.
