Sobre a família

Sheio is a unicase display family for designers who don't want their type to whisper. Five weights — One, Two, Three, Four, Five — climb from thin to black, but the lightest cut still pulls its own weight. This is a family that lives on the heavy end of the spectrum and stays there.

Every weight ships in three styles: an upright, a forward-leaning Italic, and a back-leaning Reclined. That last one is rare. It gives layouts a counter-rhythm most type families can't offer — pair an italic word with a reclined word and a line of text starts to swing.

The drawing is wide, squared, and confident. Terminals are cut blunt. Apertures are tight. Numerals are condensed and rhythmic — the slashed 7, the stylized 2, and the chunky horizontal cut through the B and 8 are the kind of details that turn a wordmark into a logo. Diacritics are positioned correctly across full Latin-1, so it travels: ÀÁÂÃÄÅ, ÇÈÉÊË, ÑÖØÜß, ŒŴŶŸ.

Sheio was built for posters, packaging, album covers, sports lettering, streetwear graphics, festival flyers, arcade UI, and any place a single word needs to do the work of an entire layout. Set it big. Set it loud. Set it sideways. Sheio handles all three.
