Sobre a família

Threefortysixbarrel takes its cues from the bold, utilitarian lettering of the early 1970s—built for visibility, durability, and a certain industrial swagger. Inspired by the stencils and decals found under the hoods of Plymouth Barracudas, it carries the same no-nonsense attitude you’d see in factory markings, workshop signage, and performance branding of the era.

Three distinct styles give you control over the mood. Regular delivers crisp, industrial forms for clear, high-impact communication—ideal for product labeling, safety signage, or bold retail displays. Intake adds a lightly weathered, letterpress-style texture, perfect for retro advertising, automotive culture posters, or vintage sports graphics. Exhaust takes it further with deep wear and patina, evoking decades of use—just right for distressed apparel designs, film props, or heritage-style storefronts.

Every style maintains strong legibility, with compact, squared proportions and minimal stencil breaks that work as well in print as they do in physical stenciling. Automatic texture alternates keep repeated letters from looking identical, creating a more natural, hand-worked effect.

Whether you’re branding a garage, dressing a period film set, or giving a product line that tough, road-tested look, Threefortysixbarrel is built to get the job done—and look good doing it.
