Sobre la familia

A more casual extension of the AG Book family, Günter Gerhard Lange designed AG Book Rounded in 1980. It has an informality that is appropriate for all kinds of advertising and display work. AG Book Rounded has been a popular choice for signage in Europe and often is used in children’s works. Cyrillic and Greek were added in 2008.

Acerca de Berthold

The H. Berthold typefoundry, renowned for crafting high-quality typefaces, was founded in 1858 by Hermann Berthold in Berlin. By 1918 the foundry had become the largest in the world, with offices in Stuttgart, St. Petersburg, Leipzig, Riga, Budapest and Vienna. To complement its proprietary typesetting equipment business activities, Berthold developed high quality typefaces. The H. Berthold foundry’s most celebrated family of typefaces is arguably Akzidenz-Grotesk (released 1896), known as the mother of all sans serifs. The Premium foundry page can be viewed Here.
