Sobre la familia

Kiriko started life as an original title design for an article about a kiriko cut-glass artisan featured in Skyward, Japan Airlines' inflight magazine. Originally inspired by the intricate cut-glass patterns, what began as a few letters has developed into a complete display font.

The cross-hatch pattern works with two weights that layer together perfectly. Using different colors for the Regular and Bold weights, you can create custom visual effects. The font includes both standard and condensed character widths mapped to upper and lowercase keys.

Kiriko brings contemporary pop energy with a futuristic, digital feel. The geometric patterns and layering capabilities make it ideal for bold headlines, publication design, and brand applications where you want visual impact.
