Sobre la familia

Kroptic is a playful display typeface inspired by the cut-out experiments of 1960’s avant-garde typography. Cropped and scissored letterforms create an energetic rhythm that feels spontaneous yet intentional, making Kroptic ideal for projects that need bold personality. What sets Kroptic apart is its advanced contextual alternates. Every letter, numeral and select symbols come in 8 unique versions. As you type in a professional design environment, Kroptic automatically swaps glyphs to avoid repetition, giving you text that feels natural, varied and alive – as if it were cut out by hand. The character set includes over 2,600 glyphs with full Latin Plus support, covering more than 200 Latin-based languages worldwide. This makes Kroptic not only expressive and playful but also versatile and dependable for global use. Acerca de More Etc

More Etc. Studios is a Swedish independent type foundry dedicated to creating unique and expressive typefaces. Building on over two decades of experience in graphic design and art direction, particularly within the music industry, the foundry was established as a natural extension of the RBRT CREATIVE design studio run by Robert Samsonowitz. Initially focused on crafting fonts for specific design projects, More Etc smoothly transitioned into the development of commercial typefaces. Driven by a deep appreciation for underground aesthetics and a passion for the unconventional, More Etc is engaged with the intention to introduce typefaces with spirit, personality, and distinction into this world.
