Muhammad Farkhan

Hi, I am Muhammad Farkhan, a type designer from Indonesia since 2016. I studied at a design campus since 2012 in Yogyakarta and graduated in 2016. Since graduating from college I have worked as a type designer in several studios and in 2021 I founded a small studio called Bentype Studio. I design display fonts and sans serifs by paying attention to every detail. In designing a font, I often take inspiration from the traditional side or vernacular letters that I see around my environment. I start the design process by making a sketch and I do all the processes in my studio.
