Sobre la familia

Rozanova is a versatile sans serif built around two complementary voices. GEO is structured and geometric, while HUM brings a warmer rhythm and more human details. Both designs share the same proportions, allowing designers to shift tone while maintaining a coherent typographic system. The family contains 36 styles: GEO and HUM designs in nine weights from Thin to Black, each with matching italics. Its clear construction and broad range make Rozanova suitable for body text and headlines, editorial design, corporate communication, brand identities, posters, logotypes, packaging and web projects. Rozanova includes case-sensitive forms and an extensive 503-character set with support for more than 200 languages. It pairs naturally with VTF Justina when a project needs a broader but consistent typographic system.

Acerca de Variable Type Foundry

At Variable Type Foundry, we believe that type is more than letters on a screen – it is a living system that adapts, evolves, and amplifies human expression. Our voice in type is defined by a balance between rigorous craftsmanship and playful experimentation, with a focus on creating families that are versatile, flexible, and deeply connected to contemporary design needs. We are driven by the challenge of turning subtle details into meaningful character, whether it’s exploring the rhythm of curves, the contrast of strokes, or the texture of spacing. Each typeface is an invitation to designers to shape communication with clarity, warmth, and personality. Our passion lies in building tools that inspire creativity, while ensuring functionality across diverse mediums and contexts.
