Sobre la familia

ZigZaggy alternates two letter sets on flags that are formed from trisecting a regular hexagon. Each flag is a diamond-shaped parallelogram with vertices having 60º and 120º angels. In applications that support the OpenType feature contextual alternatives (calt), the two sets of letters are automatically alternated.

The Zigzaggy family has four styles: black letters on a white background, white letters on a black background, and two styles that alternate white and black backgrounds. The four styles also can be used in layers to produce colorful banners. The ~ _ µ and ß keys have frames or backgrounds that can also be used in layers or to replace spaces. The tiling pattern of text created by Zigzaggy makes it attention-grabbing and appropriate for signage, posters, advertising, and other uses where eye-catching text is desired.

Acerca de Ingrimayne Type

IngrimayneType distributes digital typefaces designed by Robert Schenk. Robert became fascinated with type design in the late 1980s and began designing type in 1988 with an early version of Fontographer. He has designed a wide variety of typefaces, from standard text fonts to bizarre decorative faces. Many of these faces were designed to meet specific needs but others were experimental, designed as a challenge to form letters that met a narrowly-defined criteria. Areas of special strength in the IngrimayneType library include novelty fonts, picture fonts including tessellations, and fonts with alternating character sets.
