About the family

The construction of this experimental typeface is based on an algorithm that adjusts stroke weight according to character complexity; despite its apparent irregularity, this yields a line of text that is uniform, tonally balanced, and expressive, possessing a complex internal rhythm. It is well-suited for unconventional display typography, logos, and designs unrelated to historical traditions—such as futurist science fiction.

The character set includes modern European Latin, Cyrillic, and monotonic Greek, as well as the International Phonetic Alphabet, Hebrew, Arabic, and the Japanese syllabaries (Hiragana and Katakana) for phonetic transcription. The inclusion of a phonetic alphabet enables the elegant and universally intelligible transliteration of complex local names from anywhere in the world, while universal method of letter-form creation (unbound to specific historical styles) enables the composition of multilingual inscriptions that maintain a balanced, neutral relationship with diverse national styles.
