Founded in 2008 in Brussels, LL Type Foundry emerged from a post-grad fever dream at the Academy of Art in The Hague. We believe that type shouldn’t just be legible; it should be felt. Our library features a blend of the old and the new; some of our fonts are deep dives into historical archives, while others are experiments in contemporary design. We embrace challenges, from boutique display faces to significant identity work, such as our recent collaboration on the Brussels Airlines logo.
