Pakeh Type

Pakeh Type is an independent type foundry focused on creating distinctive, expressive, and thoughtfully crafted typefaces for a wide range of creative and practical applications. Our work explores different approaches to typography, from warm and expressive handwritten lettering to clean sans-serif, elegant serif, and expressive display typefaces. We aim to balance personality, readability, and usability, creating fonts that feel distinctive while remaining accessible to designers and everyday users. Pakeh Type is driven by curiosity, experimentation, and attention to the details that give each typeface its own character. Our fonts are designed for branding, editorial design, packaging, social media, invitations, advertising, and personal creative projects. We continuously explore new ideas in lettering and typography while developing typefaces that are versatile, functional, and enjoyable to use.
