About this font family
This illustrative alphabet was inspired by the decorations of Godfrey Sykes, whose work was greatly influenced by that of Raphael and Michelangelo. This tile alphabet follows a Venetian 16th-century tradition of letters decorated with figures symbolizing each initial, a High Renaissance style.
