About this font family
Sheet music for the song “Beyond the Blue Horizon” from the motion picture “Monte Carlo” had the movie title in hand-lettering reminiscent of the Futura Black style, but with an inline stripe through each character.
These few letter examples were the basis for Gambling Resort JNL and conjure up the Nouveau Riche spending their nights in Monte Carlo packing the roulette wheels, blackjack tables and slot machines.
