Howdy! My name's John. I'm a hand letterer and type designer based in South Florida. I've been working on my lettering chops since '09, and about 10 years later I finally got the nerve to start designing proper fonts. My favorite styles harken back to the old days of sign painting and commercial lettering, but I tend to look as far back in history as the days of the Romans for inspiration and historical context. I love drawing letters far more than assembling them into sentences to speak, but if you get me talking about typography, I'll never shut up.
