About the family

Homage Condensed is a refined companion to Homage Script, translating its expressive elegance into a structured, typographic counterpoint. Paying homage to the 1960s and 1970s designs of Tom Carnase and Herb Lubalin, it is a digital revival and recutting of LSC Condensed, offered in two weights with italics and a range of stylistic alternate characters. Its tall, narrow proportions create a graceful vertical rhythm, allowing for efficient use of space while maintaining a poised, editorial presence. The letterforms are clean yet expressive, echoing the sophistication and flair of its mid-century influences. Designed to work in harmony with Homage Script or on its own, Homage Condensed brings clarity, contrast, and a distinctly retro-modern voice to headlines, branding, and editorial design.
