About Ferry Ardana Putra

"This foundry started in 2020 by Ferry Ardana Putra, in East Java, Indonesia. He was an English Teacher, but during this year He was started as a Font maker. It was still early for him and he tried his best. Back in the 2016, he was selling vector design for his client (you can check his work at Instagram @ardana619). On that year, he took design service for making vector face. Sadly, in his country designing was kind of hit or miss, some people were not paying for his service. Moreover, some people - especially close friends - asked him to make a design for free. On 2017, he was doing research at his university which took too much time and the design service he provided could not be continued. After graduated, he started teaching English at Junior high school level. Unfortunately, the earning he got was pretty bad, so during this coronavirus pandemic, he decided to quit and started designing again. He focused on making typeface design. Typeface designing was pretty hard for him. It took at least three months to learn and finally he published his first font at 23rd September. His store got approved at fontbunddles.net and also his third font – Killer Queen got sales at 24th September. That was one of happiest moments he ever got. Because of that, he decided to focus more on typeface designing and make great typeface again and again."
