About the family

Lettering behaves differently when it becomes part of a soft object. Fine details can disappear, delicate shapes can lose their definition, and typography that looks ordinary on a screen may feel unrelated once it is embossed or debossed into flexible material. Silicone was built around that problem, originally for lettering molded into silicone wristbands.

Its broad, rounded construction makes sense anywhere a product name or model designation needs to feel formed with the material rather than printed on top of it. Protective skins, bumpers and sleeves for portable speakers, handheld devices, meters and outdoor electronics can use Silicone for molded product names and series identities that belong to the tactile surface.

Kitchenware and hydration products extend the same idea into spatulas, reusable containers, collapsible bowls, bottle sleeves, travel cups and heat-resistant grips. Collection names, embossed handle lettering and package-front graphics can share the smooth physical language of the products themselves.

Bottle boots, soft grips, equipment bumpers and flexible training accessories provide another branch, especially where branding sits directly on surfaces designed to be held, squeezed or knocked around. Flexible technology opens a more forward-looking use; wearable patches, haptic devices, rehabilitation equipment and soft robotic components can use Silicone for product names, research identities and exhibition graphics when the hardware itself is designed to bend or conform.

With seven weights and matching italics, Silicone can build a display system across an entire product family rather than act as a single novelty mark. It was designed for lettering that feels molded into the object; wristbands established the idea, but protective electronics, kitchenware, hydration products, soft-touch equipment and flexible technology all extend the same principle.
