Typographias

It all started as a kid with a pencil, pen, and paper. Then broad and pointed nibs, and ink. Forms, hand movements, and space. Years later, in 2015, we released our first typeface. Paciencia was born and so was Typographias. A type design practice by Thiago Oliveira, from São Paulo, Brazil, rooted in graphic design, calligraphy, and illustration. Still committed to the disciplined exploration of forms, space, and shapes. We sweat the details to craft coherent typefaces, with the same enthusiasm as day one. Making the fonts we wish already existed, and using them to build brands and products that last.
